How long will it take to create a Evolve web store?
A: With Evolve you can literally begin using a web store in under
an hour. After activating your Evolve service, you'll have access
to the browser based store administration screens which provide the
ability for you to easily setup and begin using a Evolve web store
right from your existing domain.

What payment methods does Evolve support?
A: Evolve supports direct E mail to allow authorisation via your own
PDQ system, or you can interface with Worldpay and PayPal.

Does Evolve encrypt credit card information?
A: Yes. Evolve will automatically encrypt credit card information
collected from your customer orders. Additionally, Evolve provides
you with an option to process orders without keeping the credit card
information, or to specify an amount of time to keep the information
before automatically removing it from the Evolve database.

What kind of database does Evolve use?
A: Evolve runs on a MS SQL Server 2000 database. Each customer using
Evolve has their own unique database.

How am I billed for Evolve Services?
A: Evolve services are billed annually.

Will I need a SSL Web Server (digital) certificate?
A: No, this is included within the Evolve package, creating a saving
to you of upto £199.00

How do I use Evolve?
A: Evolve is a browser based service that integrated right into your
existing Webweavers e-commerce hosting account. Your store administrator
will be able to visit a URL within your domain to create and maintain
your store.
Q:
Do I need a Merchant Account to use Evolve?
A: Only if your going to use the real-time payment option of StoreFront.
If you have an existing merchant account you'll want to check with
that provider to see which StoreFront payment process type your merchant
account supports. If you do not already accept credit cards and would
like to, all you need is a business bank account. Webweavers can help
